About Us / Eastern Idaho
Built Around Trust, Craft, and Clear Communication
Machine Corps Industries is a small machine shop based in Eastern Idaho. We serve local businesses, builders, manufacturers, and customers wherever our capabilities fit the need.
The way we work
Care, clarity,
and accountability.
Our focus is simple: communicate clearly, quote honestly, maintain our equipment, and produce parts with care.
Whether the job starts as a drawing, a prototype, a replacement part, or a practical manufacturing problem, we aim to help customers find the right path forward.
Founder & Machinist
Kyle Ruud
Machine Corps Industries is led by Kyle Ruud, an Eastern Idaho native, Marine Corps veteran, and trained machinist.
Kyle served five years in the Marine Corps, where discipline, accountability, and attention to detail became part of how he approaches work. After his service, he continued building hands-on skills through welding, carpentry, machining, and formal technical training.
Kyle was recognized as the College of Technology’s Outstanding Student Achievement recipient at Idaho State University while completing his A.A.S. in Computerized Machining and continuing advanced training in Applied Technology. That mix of service, education, and practical shop experience shapes how Machine Corps approaches every job: with care, clarity, and respect for the details.
When customers work with Machine Corps, they are working with a small team that takes ownership of the process from quote review through delivery.

Building with purpose
Our Vision
We are building Machine Corps into a trusted manufacturing partner for customers who value practical problem-solving, clear communication, and quality work.
Today, that means focusing on CNC milling, short-run parts, prototypes, fixtures, and custom components. Long term, it means growing a shop capable of designing, testing, machining, and launching original products while continuing to support customers who need dependable manufacturing help.
